6. The Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty stresses that the IAEA Technical Cooperation Programme, as the main vehicle for the transfer of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, should continue to be formulated and implemented in accordance with the IAEA's Statute and the agreed guiding principles as contained in INFCIRC/267, as well as the decisions of the IAEA policymaking organs.
6 - وتشدّد مجموعة دول عدم الانحياز الأطراف في المعاهدة على ضرورة مواصلة صياغة وتنفيذ برنامج التعاون التقني للوكالة، بوصفه الأداة الرئيسية لنقل التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية، وفقا للنظام الأساسي للوكالة ومبادئها التوجيهية المتَّفَق عليها كما وردت في الوثيقة INFCIRC/267، وعملا بالقرارات الصادرة عن أجهزة تقرير السياسات في الوكالة.

The IAEA's Statute predates the NPT and, besides, the Agency has not been designated as a secretariat of the NPT.
