16 - وإذا لم يحصل أي مرشح على الأغلبية المطلقة في الاقتراع الأول، يستمر إجراء الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل مرشح واحد على الأغلبية المطلقة وأعلى عدد من الأصوات.

If, in the first ballot, the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than 25, a second ballot will be held and balloting will continue in the same meeting, if and as necessary, until 25 candidates have obtained an absolute majority.
وإذا حدث في الاقتراع الأول، أن عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على الأغلبية المطلقة أقل من 25، يجري اقتراع ثان، ثم يستمر الاقتراع في نفس الجلسة، إذا لزم الأمر، حتى يحصل 25 مرشحا على الأغلبية المطلقة.

وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع اﻷول أقل من تسعة، يجرى اقتراع ثان، ويستمر الاقتراع في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم اﻷمر، إلى أن يحصل تسعة مرشحين على أغلبية مطلقة.

14. If, in the first ballot, the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than three, a second ballot will be held, and balloting will continue in the same meeting, if and as necessary, until three candidates have obtained an absolute majority.
٤١ - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع اﻷول أقل من ثلاثة، يجرى اقتراع ثان وتستمر الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم اﻷمر، إلى أن يحصل ثلاثة مرشحين على أغلبية مطلقة.

16. If, in the first ballot, more than the required number of candidates obtains an absolute majority of votes, a second ballot will be held on all candidates, and balloting will continue at the same meeting, if and as necessary, until the required number of candidates, and no more, obtains an absolute majority.
١٦ - إذا حدث في الاقتراع اﻷول أن حصل عدد من المرشحين يزيد على العدد المطلوب على أغلبية مطلقة من اﻷصوات، يُعقد اقتراع ثان على جميع المرشحين ويستمر الاقتراع في الجلسة ذاتها، إذا لزم اﻷمر، إلى أن يحصل العدد المطلوب من المرشحين، لا أكثر، على أغلبية مطلقة.

19. If, in the first ballot, the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than nine, a second ballot will be held, and balloting will continue in the same meeting, if and as necessary, until nine candidates have obtained an absolute majority.
٩١ - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع اﻷول أقل من تسعة، يجرى اقتراع ثان وتستمر الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم اﻷمر، إلى أن يحصل تسعة مرشحين على أغلبية مطلقة.

It is further suggested that if in the first ballot more than nine candidates obtain an absolute majority of votes, a second ballot will be held on all candidates and balloting will continue at the same meeting, if and as necessary, until nine candidates, and no more, obtain an absolute majority.
كذلك من المقترح أنه إذا حدث في الاقتراع الأول أن حصل عدد من المرشحين يزيد عن تسعــة على أغلبية مطلقة من الأصوات، ينظم اقتــراع ثــان على جميع المرشحين ويستمر الاقتراع في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل تسعة من المرشحين، لا أكثر، على أغلبية مطلقة.

15 - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع الأول أقل من 18 مرشحا، يُـجرى اقتراع ثانٍ وتستمر الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 18 مرشحا على أغلبية مطلقة.

19. If, in the first ballot, the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than 11, a second ballot will be held, and balloting will continue in the same meeting, if and as necessary, until 11 candidates have obtained an absolute majority.
19 - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع الأول أقل من 11 مرشحا، يُـجرى اقتراع ثانٍ وتستمر الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 11 مرشحا على أغلبية مطلقة.

14. If, in the first ballot, the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than 27, a second ballot will be held, and balloting will continue in the same meeting, if and as necessary, until 27 candidates have obtained an absolute majority.
14 - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أغلبية مطلقة في الاقتراع الأول أقل من 27 مرشحا، يُـجرى اقتراع ثانٍ وتستمر الاقتراعات في الجلسة نفسها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 27 مرشحا على أغلبية مطلقة.

18 - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على الأغلبية المطلقة من الأصوات في الاقتراع الأول أقل من 25 مرشحا، يجرى اقتراع ثان ويتواصل إجراء الاقتراعات خلال نفس الجلسة، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 25 مرشحا على الأغلبية المطلقة.

20. If, in the first ballot, more than 25 candidates obtain an absolute majority of votes, a second ballot will be held on all candidates, and balloting will continue at the same meeting, if and as necessary, until 25 candidates, and no more, obtain an absolute majority.
20 - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين حصلوا على الأغلبية المطلقة في الاقتراع الأول أكثر من 25 مرشحا يجرى اقتراع ثان يشمل جميع المرشحين، ويتواصل إجراء الاقتراعات خلال نفس الجلسة، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 25 مرشحا لا غير على الأغلبية المطلقة.

وإذا حدث في الاقتراع الأول، أن حصل عدد من المرشحين يزيد على 25 مرشحا على أغلبية مطلقة، يجري اقتراع ثان على جميع المرشحين، ويستمر الاقتراع في نفس الجلسة، إذا لزم الأمر، حتى يحصل 25 مرشحا لا أكثر على الأغلبية المطلقة.

٢١ - إذا حدث في الاقتراع اﻷول أن حصل عدد من المرشحين يزيد على تسعة على أغلبية مطلقة مـن اﻷصوات، يُعقد اقتراع ثان على جميع المرشحين ويستمر الاقتراع في الجلسة ذاتها، إذا لزم اﻷمر، إلى أن يحصل تسعة من المرشحين، لا أكثر، على أغلبية مطلقة.

18. If, in the first ballot, more than 27 candidates obtain an absolute majority of votes, a second ballot will be held on all candidates, and balloting will continue at the same meeting, if and as necessary, until 27 candidates, and no more, obtain an absolute majority.
18 - وإذا حدث في الاقتراع الأول أن حصل عدد من المرشحين يزيد على 27 مرشحا على أغلبية مطلقة من الأصوات، يُعقـد اقتراع ثانٍ على جميع المرشحين ويستمر الاقتراع في الجلسة ذاتها، إذا لزم الأمر، إلى أن يحصل 27 مرشحا، لا أكثر، على أغلبية مطلقة.
