In the eventuality of one spouse performing an act requiring the consent of both spouses without the necessary consent of the other spouse, such an act may be annulled at the request of the latter spouse if such act relates to the alienation or the constitution of a real or personal right over immovable property.
وفي حالة قيام أحد الزوجين بإجراء يتطلب موافقة الزوجين، دون الحصول على الموافقة اللازمة من الزوج الآخر، قد يجري إبطال هذا الإجراء بناء على طلبه إذا كان ذلك الإجراء يتعلق بنقل أو تأسيس حق واقعي أو شخصي في ممتلكات غير منقولة.
