8 - إذا وجدت اللجنة أن الطلب لا يمتثل هذا النظام أو يشمـل جـزءا من قطاع أو قطاعا بكامله يشمـلـه طلـب سبق أن تقـدم بــه مقـدم طلـب آخـر ولم يبـت فيــه بعد، تخطر مقدم الطلب بذلك كتابيا، عن طريق الأمين العام، مبينة الأسباب.
