Concerning the topic " Responsibility of international organizations " , the issues raised in chapter III of the Commission's report merited further consideration, without which it would be difficult to decide whether they could be considered to be regulated by analogy in the articles on State responsibility or whether they should be addressed expressly in additional draft articles or in another form.

In paragraph 3 of its resolution 65/26 of 6 December 2010, the General Assembly drew the attention of Governments to the importance for the Commission of having their views on the various aspects of, inter alia, the topic " Reservations to treaties " , in particular on all the specific issues identified, with regard to that topic, in chapter III of the Commission's report on its sixty-second session.

At its 3071st meeting, on 30 July 2010, the Commission took note of the oral report of the Chairman of the Study Group on Treaties over time and approved the recommendation of the Study Group that a request for information be included in Chapter III of the Commission's report and also brought to the attention of States by the Secretariat.
346- وقد أحاطت اللجنة علماً، في جلستها 3071 المعقودة في 30 تموز/يوليه 2010، بالتقرير الشفوي الذي قدمه رئيس الفريق الدراسي المعني بموضوع المعاهدات عَبر الزمن، ووافق على توصية الفريق الدراسي بأن يُدرَج طَلب للمعلومات في الفصل الثالث من تقرير اللجنة وأن توجِّه الأمانة العامة نظر الدول إلى هذا الطلب أيضاً().

335. At its 3119th meeting, on 8 August 2011, the Commission took note of the oral report of the Chairman of the Study Group on Treaties over time and approved the recommendation of the Study Group that the request for information included in Chapter III of the report of the Commission on the work of its sixty-second session (2010) be reiterated in Chapter III of the Commission's report on its work at the current session.
