3 - تقرر كذلك تعديل المادة 1 من النظام الأساسي للمعاشات التقاعدية لقضاة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا والاستعاضة عن تلك المادة بالأحكام المبينة في المرفق الثالث لهذا القرار.

15. The functions of the Advisory Committee of Permanent Representatives and Other Representatives Designated by Members of the Commission shall be in accordance with the terms of reference contained in annex III to the present resolution.
15 - تكون مهام اللجنة الاستشارية المؤلفة من الممثلين الدائمين وغيرهم من الممثلين الذين يعينهم أعضاء اللجنة، وفقا للاختصاصات الواردة في المرفق الثالث لهذا القرار.
