يُمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا للأحكام التالية:

Staff members appointed under these Rules who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave in accordance with the following provisions:
يمنح الموظفون المعينون بموجب هذا النظام الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل إجازة مرضية وفقا للأحكام التالية:

(a) Project personnel who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury, or whose attendance at work is prevented by public health requirements, will be granted sick leave.
(أ) يمنح موظفو المشاريع الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل، إجازة مرضية.

(a) Staff members who are unable to perform their duties by reason of illness or injury or whose attendance at work is prevented by public health requirements will be granted sick leave.
)أ( يمنح الموظفون الذين لا يستطيعون القيام بواجباتهم بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو الذين تمنعهم مقتضيات الصحة العامة من الحضور إلى العمل، إجازة مرضية.
