The Committee encourages the State party to analyse, and to carry out new studies if necessary, on the impact of migration on children, with the aim of developing adequate strategies to ensure the protection and the full enjoyment by children of migrant workers of their rights.

States are encouraged to consider the impact of migration on children in the elaboration and implementation of national development frameworks, poverty reduction strategies, human rights plans of action, programmes and strategies for human rights education and the advancement of the rights of the child.
83- وتشجع الدول على النظر في تأثير الهجرة على الأطفال عند وضع وتنفيذ أطر التنمية الوطنية، واستراتيجيات الحد من الفقر، وخطط العمل الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، والبرامج والاستراتيجيات الرامية إلى التثقيف في مجال حقوق الإنسان والنهوض بحقوق الطفل.

88. States should strengthen efforts to collect data and measure the impact of migration on children in countries of origin, transit and destination, with due regard for the opportunities and challenges for children in all stages of the migration process.
88- ينبغي أن تعزز الدول الجهود الرامية إلى جمع البيانات وقياس مدى تأثير الهجرة على الأطفال في بلدان المنشأ والعبور والمقصد، مع المراعاة الواجبة للفرص والتحديات التي تواجه الأطفال في جميع مراحل عملية الهجرة.

The Committee recommends that the State party study the impact of migration on children as previously recommended by the Committee on Migrant Workers (CMW/C/ALB/CO/1, para. 38, 2010) and to provide children with all the necessary social services for them to fully enjoy their rights under the Convention.
75- توصي اللجنة بأن تدرس الدولة الطرف تأثير الهجرة على الأطفال على النحو الذي سبق أن أوصت به اللجنة المعنية بالعمال المهاجرين (CMW/C/ALB/CO/1، الفقرة 38، 2010)، وبأن تزود الأطفال بالخدمات الاجتماعية التي تعينهم على التمتع الكامل بحقوقهم التي تكفلها الاتفاقية.
