وإذ يتابع بمزيد من القلق والانشغال استمرار الاحتلال اﻹسرائيلي للجولان العربي السوري، وإصرار اسرائيل على رفض تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية وعدم رضوخها ﻹرادة المجتمع الدولي التي تعتبر احتلال إسرائيل وقرارها ضم الجولان السوري لاغيا وباطلا وليس له أي مفعول قانوني،

4. To urge the international community, and the United States of America in particular, to prevail upon Israel to implement the resolutions of the United Nations and other international organizations relating to complete withdrawal from the Golan and the occupied Arab territories;
٤ - دعوة المجتمع الدولي والولايات المتحدة بشكل خاص، الى حمل اسرائيل على تطبيق قرارات اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية، المتعلقة بالانسحاب التام من الجولان، واﻷراضي العربية المحتلة.

Requests the Quartet and the international community to assume their responsibilities and compel Israel to implement the resolutions of international legality calling for total Israeli withdrawal from the occupied Syrian Golan to the line of 4 June 1967 and from other occupied Arab lands, and to immediately start demarcating this line in order to achieve a durable and comprehensive peace in the region.
11 - يطالب الرباعي الدولي والمجتمع الدولي بتحمل مسؤولياتهم، في إلزام إسرائيل بتنفيذ قرارات الشرعية الدولية، التي تدعو إلى الانسحاب الكامل من الجولان السوري المحتل إلى خط الرابع من حزيران/يونيه 1967 والبدء بترسيم هذا الخط، ومن الأراضي العربية المحتلة الأخرى، لتحقيق سلام دائم وشامل في المنطقة.

68. Mr. Mekdad (Syrian Arab Republic) said that peacekeeping operations remained an important instrument for the maintenance of international peace and security but should be time-bound in order to implement the resolutions of international bodies, including the Security Council, concerning a specific situation, such as aggression and foreign occupation.
٦٨ - السيد مقداد )الجمهورية العربية السورية(: قال إن عمليات حفظ السلام تبقى أداة هامة لحفظ السلام واﻷمــن الدوليين ولكن لا ينبغي أن تكون مقيدة زمنيا فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ قرارات الهيئات الدولية، لا سيما قرارات مجلس اﻷمن، المتعلقة بحالة معينة، ولا سيما في حالة العدوان والاحتلال اﻷجنبي.

" غير أن عملية السلام، وبالرغم من الإنجازات القليلة التي تحققت في بدايتها، تلقت ضربة تلو الأخرى على يد الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وإجراءاته، حيث ما زالت إسرائيل ترفض تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية وخارطة الطريق باسم شتى الذرائع والحجج الواهية لحرمان الشعب الفلسطيني من حقوقه الشرعية.

Following with increased apprehension and concern the continuation of the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Arab Golan and Israel's persistence in refusing to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and failure to submit to the will of the international community, which regards Israel's occupation and its decision to annex the Syrian Arab Golan as null and void and without any legal effect,
وإذ يتابع بمزيد من القلق والانشغال استمرار الاحتلال الاسرائيلي للجولان العربي السوري، واصرار اسرائيل على رفض تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية وعدم رضوخها لارادة المجتمع الدولي التي تعتبر احتلال اسرائيلي وقرارها ضم " الجولان العربي السوري لاغيا وباطلا وليس له أي مفعول قانوني " ،

2. To urge the co-sponsors of the peace process to confirm their undertaking that the fact that the question of Jerusalem is not under discussion at the present stage in the negotiations does not affect the need to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy, principally Security Council resolutions 252 (1968) and 478 (1980), with particular regard to the impermissibility of the unilateral alteration of the character of the Holy City;
٢ - حث الدولتين راعيتي عملية السلام على تأكيد التزامهما بأن عدم مناقشة موضوع مدينة القدس في المرحلة الحالية من المفاوضات لا يؤثر على ضرورة تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية وفي مقدمتها قرارا مجلس اﻷمن ٢٥٢ )١٩٦٨( و ٤٧٨ )١٩٨٠(، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بعدم جواز إجراء أي تغيير من جانب واحد في طبيعة المدينة المقدسة.
