In paragraph 8 of the same decision, the COP encouraged the secretariat and the GM, in line with their main functions, actively to seek innovative sources of financing, including from the private sector, foundations and relevant CSOs, as well as in-kind support for the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy.

In paragraph 11 of the same decision the COP requested the Executive Secretary to report on the progress of the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy at COP 10.

Affirming that the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy is central to coordinated and targeted awareness-raising activities which support the effective implementation of The Strategy,
وإذ يؤكد أن تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة أمر أساسي للاضطلاع بأنشطة منسقة ومحدّدة الأهداف في ميدان التوعية بما يدعم تنفيذ الاستراتيجية تنفيذاً فعالاً،

Emphasizes that the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy is one of the priorities of the Convention, as appropriate and within the context of the 2010 - 2011 programme of work as adopted by the Parties at the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 9);
3- يشدد على أن تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة يمثل أولوية من أولويات الاتفاقية، على النحو المناسب وضمن سياق برنامج العمل للفترة 2010-2011 كما اعتمدته الأطراف في الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر الأطراف؛

13. Further requests the secretariat to report on progress made in the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy at the twelfth session of the Conference of the Parties.
13- يطلب كذلك إلى الأمانة أن تُعدّ تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة وتعرضه على مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثانية عشرة.

By its decision 4/COP.10, the Conference of the Parties requested the Executive Secretary to report on progress in the implementation of the comprehensive communication strategy (CCS) at its eleventh session.
طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 4/م أ-10، إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة تقريراً عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ استراتيجية الاتصال الشاملة.
