47. The second part of this recommendation is accepted regarding the implementation of the rights of persons belonging to all minorities.
47- ويُقبل الجزء الثاني من هذه التوصية بشأن إعمال حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى جميع الأقليات.

It provides illustrative examples of the activities and the initiatives undertaken at Headquarters and by several field presences that contribute to the implementation of the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.

52- طلب المجلس، في قراره 7/6، إلى الخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بقضايا الأقليات أن تقدم تقارير سنوية عن أنشطتها إلى المجلس، بما يشمل تقديم توصيات تتعلق بوضع استراتيجيات فعالة من أجل تحسين إعمال حقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات.

States Parties to the Convention undertake to adopt all appropriate legislative, administrative and other measures for the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities recognised in the Convention.
وتتعهد الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية باتخاذ كل التدابير التشريعية والإدارية والأخرى المناسبة لإعمال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة المعترف بها في الاتفاقية.
