٧ - ويمكن أن تقوم الوكالة برصد التجميد، على نحو ما طلب مجلس اﻷمن، وعلى نحو الفهم الموضح أعلاه، وذلك خلال تنفيذ الضمانات في جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية. وتشكل اﻷنشطة المطلوبة جزءا من اﻷنشطة التي قد تقوم بها الوكالة خلال تنفيذها لاتفاقات الضمانات.

7 - يحث جميع الدول على أن تتعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في تنفيذ اتفاقات الضمانات وأن تعالج بسرعة أوجه الخلل وعدم الاتساق والمسائل التي حددتها الوكالة كي يُستنار بها في الاستنتاجات السنوية المتعلقة بالضمانات من حيث صحة إعلانات الدول الأطراف واكتمالها؛

6 - يحث جميع الدول على التعاون بالكامل مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في تنفيذ اتفاقات الضمانات ومعالجة أوجه الخلل وعدم الاتساق والأسئلة التي حددتها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، على وجه السرعة، كي يُستنار بها في الاستنتاجات السنوية المتعلقة بالضمانات من حيث صحة إعلانات الدول واكتمالها؛

(e) Urge all States to cooperate fully with IAEA in implementing safeguards agreements and in expeditiously addressing anomalies, inconsistencies, and questions identified by IAEA to inform annual safeguards conclusions with respect to the correctness and completeness of States' declarations;
(هـ) ويحث جميع الدول على أن تتعاون تعاونا كاملا مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في تنفيذ اتفاقات الضمانات والإسراع في معالجة أوجه الخلل وعدم الاتساق والمسائل التي تحددها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، ليُسترشد بها في الاستنتاجات السنوية المتعلقة بالضمانات فيما يخص صحة وكمال إعلانات الدول؛

In my report to the Board (see enclosure III), I noted that the monitoring of the freeze, as requested by the Security Council and as understood by the Agency, could be performed in the course of implementing safeguards in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea since the activities required were part of activities which the Agency might perform while implementing safeguards agreements.
وفي تقريري المقدم إلى مجلس المحافظين )انظر الضميمة الثالثة(، لاحظت أن رصد التجميد، على نحو ما طلب مجلس اﻷمن، وعلى نحو ما تفهمه الوكالة، يمكن أن تقوم به الوكالة خلال تنفيذ الضمانات في جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية، وذلك حيث أن اﻷنشطة المطلوبة لا تشكل جزءا من اﻷنشطة التي قد تقوم بها الوكالة أثناء تنفيذها لاتفاقات الضمانات.
