8- تنظر الدول الأطراف في تقديم تبرعات إلى المركز المعني بمنع الإجرام الدولي بغرض القيام، من خلال المركز، بتعزيز البرامج والمشاريع المضطلع بها في البلدان النامية بهدف تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

In implementing this Convention, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam will not be bound by the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 29.
لا تعتبر جمهورية فييت نام الاشتراكية نفسها ملزمة بأحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة 29 عند تنفيذها لهذه الاتفاقية.

The second part takes stock of the legislative, administrative and judicial measures taken by the Chad State in relation to each provision in the Convention; and the progress made by the State and by other actors in public and private life in implementing this Convention.

7. States Parties shall support the Centre for International Crime Prevention through voluntary contributions in order to promote cooperation programmes and projects, especially ones aimed at developing countries, with a view to implementing this Convention.
7- على الدول الأطراف أن تدعم المركز المعني بمنع الإجرام الدولي بتقديم تبرعات من أجل تعزيز برامج ومشاريع التعاون، لا سيما تلك الموجهة إلى البلدان النامية، بغية تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.()

5. States Parties shall endeavour to support the Centre for International Crime Prevention through voluntary contributions in order to promote cooperation programmes and projects, especially those aimed at developing countries, with a view to implementing this Convention.
5- على الدول الأطراف أن تسعى لدعم المركز المعني بمنع الإجرام الدولي بتقديم تبرعات من أجل تعزيز برامج ومشاريع التعاون، وبخاصة تلك الموجهة إلى البلدان النامية، بغية تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.()

[The Conference of the Parties in its first meeting shall create a mechanism under the Convention for the purpose of transfer of technology to developing countries, in particular Least Developed Countries and Small States Developing Countries and countries with economies in transition, in order to enhance their capacity in implementing this Convention, under which the secretariat will:
1- [يتعين على مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول أن ينشئ آلية في إطار الاتفاقية بغرض نقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية، خصوصاً الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية والبلدان الأقل نمواً والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال، من أجل تعزيز قدراتها على صعيد تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

[1. The Conference of the Parties in its first meeting shall create a mechanism under the Convention for the purpose of transfer of technology to developing countries, in particular Least Developed Countries, and Small States Developing Countries and countries with economies in transition, in order to enhance their capacity in implementing this Convention, under which the secretariat will:
[1- ينشئ مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول آلية في إطار الاتفاقية بغرض نقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية، خصوصاً الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية والبلدان الأقل نمواً والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال، من أجل تعزيز قدراتها على صعيد تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

(e) The draft OAU/AU Convention on Combating Corruption in article 15 provides for measures to endow its courts or other competent authorities to order the confiscation or seizure of bank, financial or commercial documents with a view to implementing this Convention.
(ه) وتنص المادة 15 من مشروع اتفاقية منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية/الاتحاد الأفريقي بشأن مكافحة الفساد، على اتخاذ تدابير تُخوِّل لمحاكم الدول الأطراف أو سلطاتها المختصة الأخرى إصدار أوامر بمصادرة السجلات المصرفية أو المالية أو التجارية أو بحجزها بقصد تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

50. The Convention acknowledges the role of bank secrecy in corruption by stating in its article 17 that " Each State Party shall adopt such measures necessary to endow its courts or other competent authorities to order the confiscation or seizure of banking, financial or commercial documents with a view to implementing this Convention. "
50- وتسلِّم الاتفاقية بدور السرية المصرفية في الفساد من خلال الإشارة في المادة 17 إلى أنه " يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تعتمد التدابير اللازمة لتخويل محاكمها أو السلطات المختصة الأخرى بأن تصدر أمراً بمصادرة أو الاستيلاء على وثائق مصرفية أو مالية أو تجارية بهدف تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية " .
