The Ad Hoc Working Group (AHWG) on improving the procedures for communication of information, as well as the quality and format of reports to be submitted to the COP, may provide guidelines on how stakeholders could be better informed and made more knowledgeable.
ثم إن الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بتحسين إجراءات تبليغ المعلومات فضلاً عن نوعية وشكل التقارير التي تقدَّم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، يمكن أن يوفِّر لأصحاب المصلحة مبادئ توجيهية تمكِّنهم من الحصول على معلومات أفضل وتجعلهم على دراية أكبر.

11. The Ad-Hoc Working Group (AHWG) on improving the procedures for communication of information, as well as the quality and format of reports submitted to the COP, established by decision 8/COP.7, recognized these weaknesses, but provided very little input and guidance on how to devise a future reporting structure that avoids these limitations.
11- وقد اعترف الفريق العامل المخصَّص المعني بتحسين إجراءات تبليغ المعلومات ونوعية التقارير المقدمة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف وشكلها، المنشأ بموجب المقرَّر 8/م أ-7، بمواطن الضعف هذه، لكنَّ ما قدمه من إسهاماتٍ وتوجيهٍ بشأن كيفية استحداث هيكل مستقبلي لعملية الإبلاغ يتلافى نواحي القصور هذه كان ضئيلاً جداً.
