In addition, the terms in a contract of employment, which do not conform to the provisions of the said Proclamation or provide less favorable conditions than those provided by law, shall be deemed null and void.

٣- لأغراض تحديد مدة التزام الناقل، يجوز للطرفين أن يتفقا على وقت ومكان تسلّم البضاعة وتسليمها، ولكن يكون أي شرط في عقد النقل باطلا عندما ينص على:

(b) The parties' voluntary incorporation of this Convention in a contract of carriage that would not otherwise be subject to this Convention.
