(d) An appeal against a judgement of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal by the staff member or by the Secretary-General may be filed with the United Nations Appeals Tribunal in accordance with chapter XI of the Staff Rules.
(د) يجوز أن يقدم الموظف أو الأمين العام طعنا في حكم صادر عن محكمة الأمم المتحدة للمنازعات إلى محكمة الأمم المتحدة للاستئناف، وفقا للفصل الحادي عشر من النظام الإداري للموظفين.

10. In accordance with staff rule 10.3 (c), a staff member against whom a disciplinary measure has been imposed may submit an application to the Dispute Tribunal challenging the imposition of the measure(s) in accordance with chapter XI of the Staff Rules.
