(32) The Committee calls the attention of the State party to the recommendations adopted on the Day of General Discussion on the right of the child to be heard, held on 15 September 2006, and recommends that the State party continue and strengthen its efforts to implement article 12 of the Convention and promote respect for the views of the child, including in administrative and judicial proceedings and schools.
