Stressing the importance of the participation of Executive Board members and alternate members in the work of the Board and of their full compliance with the Board's rules of procedure, as contained in annex I to decision 4/CMP.1, especially with regard to conflict of interest, breach of confidentiality and attendance,
وإذ يؤكد أهمية مشاركة أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي وأعضائه المناوبين في أعمال المجلس وامتثالهم امتثالاً كاملاً للنظام الداخلي للمجلس كما ورد في المرفق الأول للمقرر 4/م أإ-1، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بتضارب مصالح الأعضاء مع مهامهم، وانتهاك قواعد السرية، والحضور،

(g) Shall have successfully completed any specific training and required examination as requested by the COP/MOP, and laid out in annex I to decision 24/CMP.1;

The second component, as set out in table 2 of annex II, focuses on reviewing whether any changes have taken place regarding how the regional centres continue to meet their terms of reference under the Stockholm Convention, contained in annex I to decision SC-2/9.
ويرُكِّز العنصر الثاني، حسبما هو مبين في الجدول 2 من المرفق الثاني، على استعراض ما إذا كانت قد حدثت أي تغييرات بخصوص الكيفية التي تواصل بها المراكز الإقليمية الوفاء باختصاصاتها بموجب اتفاقية استكهولم، والتي تم إيرادها في المرفق الأول للمقرر ا س- 2/9.

In the light of that fact the Conference of the Parties provided in paragraph 2 of the revised process for DDT reporting, assessment and evaluation contained in annex I to decision SC-3/2 that the evaluation of the continued need for DDT for disease vector control would be undertaken at each ordinary meeting.
وفي ضوء هذه الحقيقة، فقد نص مؤتمر الأطراف في الفقرة 2 من العملية المنقحة للإبلاغ عن مادة الـ دي. دي. تي وتقديرها وتقييمها الواردة في المرفق الأول للمقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/2 بأن يتم الاضطلاع بتقييم استمرار الحاجة إلى مادة الـ دي.

The section on " Information on emission reduction units, certified emission reductions, assigned amount units and removal units " and the section on " National registries " , as contained in annex I to decision 22/CP.8;

A completed application form, containing information indicating how the institution meets the requirements to serve as a regional or subregional centre in accordance with the terms of reference set out in annex I to decision SC-2/9 and clearly indicating the institution's area of expertise and how it relates to the project proposal being submitted;
(أ) استمارة مستوفاة تحتوي على معلومات تبين كيفية استيفاء المؤسسة للشروط الخاصة بالعمل كمركز إقليمي أو دون إقليمي طبقاً للاختصاصات المحددة في المرفق الأول للمقرر " اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/9 " وتشير بوضوح إلى مجال خبرات المؤسسة ومدى علاقتها بمقترح المشروع المقدم؛

The SBSTA endorsed the terms of reference for the EGTT for developing a set of performance indicators that could be used by the SBI to regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the technology transfer framework, complemented with the set of actions set out in annex I to decision 3/CP.13, taking into consideration the related work under the Convention and other relevant bodies.

118. On a proposal by the President, the CMP agreed to the organization by the President of an informal briefing on the arrangements for the June 2014 high-level ministerial round table, which was mandated to consider information from Parties with quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments inscribed in the third column of Annex B as contained in annex I to decision 1/CMP.8.
118- وباقتراح من الرئيس، وافق مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف على أن ينظم الرئيس جلسة إحاطة غير رسمية عن الترتيبات المتعلقة باجتماع المائدة المستديرة الوزاري الرفيع المستوى المقرر في حزيران/يونيه 2014() والمكلف بالنظر في المعلومات الواردة من الأطراف التي تقع عليها التزامات كمية بالحد من الانبعاثات وخفضها وهي مسجلة في العمود الثالث من المرفق باء بصيغته الواردة في المرفق الأول للمقرر 1/م أإ-8().

Shall have completed any specific training as requested by the Conference of the Parties and laid out in annex I to decision -/CP.9 (Issues relating to the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories from Parties included in Annex 1 to the Convention), i.e. handling of confidential information and improving communication and facilitating consensus in expert review teams.
(ح) إتمام أي تدريب محدد وفقاً لما يشترطه مؤتمر الأطراف، ولما هو مبين في المرفق الأول للمقرر .../م أ-9 (القضايا المتصلة بالاستعراض التقني لقوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية)، أي التعامل بالمعلومات السرية وتحسين الاتصال وتيسير توافق الآراء في أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض.
