2. Adopts the indicative scale contained in annex II to this decision as the basis for contributions by the Parties to the Convention budget for each of the years 1996 and 1997;
٢- يعتمد الجدول اﻹرشادي الوارد في المرفق الثاني بهذا المقرر كأساس لاشتراكات اﻷطراف في ميزانية الاتفاقية عن كل من السنتين ٦٩٩١ و٧٩٩١؛

Adopts the indicative scale of contributions for 2005 contained in annex II to this decision to determine contributions to the amount indicated in paragraph 6 above by Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
8- يعتمد الجدول الإرشادي للاشتراكات لعام 2005 الوارد في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر لتحديد اشتراكات أطراف بروتوكول كيوتو في المبلغ المشار إليه في الفقرة 6 أعلاه؛

In the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol, the section on " National registries " 3 adopted by decision 22/CP.8, with the text contained in annex II to this decision;

Decides that, in the event that a Party not listed in annex II to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2010 - 2011, the Party shall be added to the list in annex II to this decision and that the fees paidshall be deducted from the resource requirements of activities relating to the international transaction log administrator in the next biennium;
10- يقرر أنه في حالة ما إذا قرر طرف غير مدرج في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر استخدام سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين 2010-2011، يضاف هذا الطرف إلى القائمة الواردة في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر وتُخصم الرسوم المدفوعة() من الاحتياجات من الموارد للأنشطة المتعلقة بإدارة سجل المعاملات الدولي في فترة السنتين التالية؛

Decides that, in the event that a Party not listed in annex II to this decision decides to use the international transaction log in the biennium 2010 - 2011, the Party shall be added to the list in annex II to this decision and that the fees paid4 shall be deducted from the resource requirements of activities relating to the international transaction log administrator in the next biennium;

Agrees to reconstitute the Expert Group on Technology Transfer for a further five years with the terms of reference contained in annex II to this decision, and to review, at its eighteenth session, progress of the work and terms of reference, including, if appropriate, the status and continuation of this body; and agrees that the Expert Group on Technology Transfer should provide advice as appropriate to the subsidiary bodies;
3- يوافق على إعادة تشكيل فريق الخبراء المعني بنقل التكنولوجيا لمدة خمس سنوات أخرى تُسند إليه الاختصاصات الواردة في المرفق الثاني بهذا المقرر وأن يستعرض، في دورته الثامنة عشرة، تقدم الأعمال والاختصاصات، بما في ذلك، حسب الأحوال، حالة واستمرار هذه الهيئة؛ ويوافق على أن يسدي فريق الخبراء المعني بنقل التكنولوجيا مشورته، حسب الاقتضاء، إلى الهيئتين الفرعيتين؛
