وكذلك ما أكدت عليه الجمعية العامة في قرارها الصادر عن دورتها الخمسين بالرقم ٥٠/١٧٤ من أهمية توفر الموضوعية والاستقلال وحسن التقدير لدى المقررين الخاصين والممثلين الخاصين بمواضيع وبلدان محددة وكذلك لدى أعضاء اﻷفرقة العاملة عند اضطلاعهم بولاياتهم.

In that connection, the General Assembly requested all human rights bodies within the United Nations system, as well as the special rapporteurs and representatives, independent experts and working groups, to take duly into account the content of that resolution in carrying out their mandates.
وطلبت الجمعية العامة بهذا الصدد من جميع هيئات حقوق اﻹنسان داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة فضلا عن المقررين الخاصين والممثلين والخبراء المستقلين والفرق العاملة أن يأخذوا مضمون هذا القرار في الاعتبار عند اضطلاعهم بولايتهم.
