41 - ويوجّه القانون الأساسي الحكومة إلى القيام بالشكل الواجب بتنفيذ القانون رقم 30/2003 المؤرخ 13 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر والمتعلق بتدابير إدماج تقييم الأثر الجنساني على الأحكام التنظيمية.

He reminded delegations that, in order to be able to vote in that election, delegations would need to submit credentials in due form with regard to that Meeting in accordance with rule 13 of the Rules of Procedure for Meetings of States Parties.
وذكر الوفود أنها إذا أرادت التمكن من التصويت في ذلك الانتخاب، يتوجب عليها أن تقدم وثائق التفويض بالشكل الواجب فيما يتعلق بذاك الاجتماع، وفقا للمادة 13 من النظام الداخلي لاجتماعات الدول الأطراف.

٥ - وقررت لجنة وثائق التفويض أن تحث الدول التي لم تقم بعد بتقديم وثائق تفويضها بالشكل الواجب على أن تقدم هذه الوثائق طبقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٤ من النظام الداخلي.

To date, formal credentials in due form had been received from 33 States parties, and provisional credentials from 12 States parties.
وأشار إلى أنه تم حتى الآن تلقّي وثائق تفويض رسمية مقدَّمة حسب الأصول من 33 دولة من الدول الأطراف، كما تلقت اللجنة وثائق تفويض مؤقتة مقدمة من 12 دولة من الدول الأطراف.

1. The PRESIDENT said he had been informed by the Chairman of the Credentials Committee that provisional credentials or formal credentials in due form had so far been received from only 39 States parties participating in the Meeting.
1- الرئيس: قال إن رئيس لجنة وثائق التفويض أبلغه للتو أن 39 دولة فقط من الدول الأطراف المشاركة في المؤتمر قدمت حتى هذا اليوم وثائق تفويض مؤقتة أو وثائق تفويض حسب الأصول.

Representatives of States Signatories of the Treaty are reminded that credentials in due form signed by the head of State or Government, the foreign minister or other authority responsible for foreign affairs should be forwarded to the Centre for Disarmament Affairs (Room 3170C) as soon as possible.
ويذكر ممثلو الدول الموقعة على المعاهدة أنه ينبغي تقديم وثائق التفويض في صورتها حسب اﻷصول موقعة من رئيس الدولة أو الحكومة، أو وزير الخارجية أو سلطة أخرى مسؤولة عن الشؤون الخارجية، إلى مركز شؤون نزع السلاح Center for Disarmament Affairs, Room 3170C، في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The Assistant Secretary-General for Legal Affairs informed the Committee that, subsequent to the preparation of the memorandum, additional credentials in due form had been received in respect of the representatives of two Member States and updated the memorandum accordingly.
وأبلغ الأمين العام المساعد للشؤون القانونية اللجنة بأنه عقب إعداد المذكرة وردت وثائق تفويض إضافية بالشكل المطلوب فيما يتعلق بممثلي دولتين من الدول الأعضاء، واستكملت المذكرة تبعا لذلك.

٩ - وقررت لجنة وثائق التفويض التوصية بتشجيع الدول المشتركة في المؤتمر التي لم تقدم بعد وثائق تفويض بالشكل الواجب وفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٤ من النظام الداخلي على أن تفعل ذلك.

(a) Formal credentials in due form, as provided for by rule 2 of the rules of procedure, had been communicated to the Secretary-General of the Conference for representatives from the following 136 States parties:
)أ( أرسلت لﻷمين العام للمؤتمر وثائق التفويض الرسمية، بالشكل الواجب وفقا لما تنص عليه المادة ٢ من النظام الداخلي، لممثلي الدول اﻷطراف اﻟ ١٣٦ التالية:

A proposal was made to modify the second sentence of draft article 5 along the lines of: " The credentials of such persons (representatives) must be certified in due form in accordance with the private law of the country of arbitration, and their names and addresses must be communicated to all parties and to the arbitral tribunal. "
40- قُدِّم اقتراح بتعديل الجملة الثانية من مشروع المادة 5 لتصبح على النحو التالي: " ويجب أن تصدّق وثائق تفويض أولئك الأشخاص (الممثّلين) بالشكل الواجب وفقا للقانون الخاص في بلد التحكيم، ويجب أن تُرسل أسماؤهم وعناوينهم إلى جميع الأطراف وإلى هيئة التحكيم. "

Moreover, it is apparent that the application was filed with the Court in due form by Onsi Abichou under article 34 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

"

It was also indicated, in paragraph 3 of the memorandum, that credentials in due form or in the form of a facsimile or a cable from the Head of State or Government or the Minister for Foreign Affairs had been received in respect of the representatives of the following Member States: Cuba, Djibouti, Honduras, Italy, Mauritania, Russian Federation and Syrian Arab Republic.

Provided that the statutory documentation had been submitted in due form, the registration authority would issue a certificate.
