١٦ - وقد تبين من خبرة جميع بعثات اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلم، وبوجه خاص الخبرة المكتسبة في الحروب اﻷهلية، مثل الحروب في البوسنة والهرسك السابقة والصومال، أن أحد اﻷدوار ذات اﻷولوية لهذه البعثات هو تقديـم المساعدة اﻹنسانية.

The Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia requests the Security Council and the United Nations to take urgently all necessary measures against the Republic of Croatia, with the aim of having it stop every aspect of military and other interference in the civil war in former Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as all military provocations against the Republic of Serbian Krajina.

The Federal Government underlines once again that the way out of the crisis in former Bosnia-Herzegovina is not in the policy of double standards and the siding of the World Organization or other factors with any side whatsoever in the Bosnian civil war, but it is in equal treatment of all warring parties and impartial and unselfish assistance to the peace process.
وتؤكد الحكومة الاتحادية مرة أخرى بأن المخرج من اﻷزمة في البوسنة والهرسك السابقة لا يكمن في سياسة المعايير المزدوجة وانحياز المنظمة العالمية أو عوامل أخرى إلى أي جانب على اﻹطلاق في الحرب اﻷهلية في البوسنة، وإنما يكمن في معاملة جميع اﻷطراف المتحاربة على قدم المساواة وتقديم المساعدة الحيادية وغير اﻷنانية إلى عملية السلم.
