٢ - وفي قرارها ٥٣/٢ المؤرخ ٣١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٠٨٩١، دعت الجمعية العامة، اللجنة الاستشارية القانونية اﻵسيوية - اﻷفريقية إلى الاشتراك في دوراتها وفي أعمالها بصفة مراقب.

٢ - ودعت الجمعية العامة، بمقتضى قرارها ٣٥/٢ المؤرخ ١٣ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٨٠، اللجنة الاستشارية القانونية اﻵسيوية - الافريقية إلى المشاركة في دوراتها وفي أعمالها بصفة مراقب.

Subsequently, the permanent observer missions of AALCC to the United Nations were established in New York and at Vienna.
٢ - وكانت الجمعية العامة قد دعت في قرارها ٥٣/٢ المؤرخ ٣١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبــر ٠٨٩١، اللجنــة الاستشارية القانونية اﻵسيوية - اﻷفريقية للاشتراك في دوراتها وفي أعمالها بصفة مراقب، ثم أنشئت في نيويورك وفيينا بعثتان مراقبتان لدى اﻷمم المتحدة تمثلان اللجنة الاستشارية.

The Assembly also invited the PLO to participate, in the capacity of observer, in its sessions and its work and in all international conferences convened under its auspices; and considered that the PLO was similarly entitled with regard to all international conferences convened by other organs of the United Nations (resolution 3237 (XXIX)).
كما دعت الجمعية العامة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية الى الاشتراك، بصفة مراقب، في دوراتها وفي أعمالها وفي كل المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، واعتبرت أن لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية حقا مماثلا أيضا فيما يتعلق بكل المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقدها هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى )القرار ٣٢٣٧ )د - ٢٩((.
