Parties participating in joint implementation projects, in accordance with their contribution to a project, have the right to share among themselves the credits achieved by that project.
٢- لﻷطراف المشتركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك وفقاً لمساهماتها في المشروع الحق في أن تتقاسم فيما بينها اﻷرصدة التي يحققها هذا المشروع.

Participation in joint implementation projects shall be voluntary, and shall require prior acceptance, approval or endorsement by the participating Parties;
)ب( أن تكون المشاركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك طوعية وأن تتطلب قبولاً أو موافقة أو تأييداً مسبقاً من اﻷطراف المشاركة؛

2- يدعو الأطراف التي ترغب في المشاركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك إلى تزويد الأمانة بالمعلومات المطلوبة وفقاً للفقرة 20 من المبادئ التوجيهية للتنفيذ المشترك الواردة في مرفق المقرر 9/م أإ-1، إن لم يسبق لها تقديم هذه المعلومات؛

Parties participating in joint implementation projects shall be in compliance with their obligations under Articles 3, 5 and 8 of this Protocol, and shall have a national mechanism for the accounting, certification and verification of their greenhouse gas emissions;
)أ( أن تمتثل اﻷطراف المشاركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك لالتزاماتها بموجب المواد ٣ و٥ و٨ من هذا البروتوكول، وأن تكون لديها آلية وطنية للمحاسبة والتصديق والتحقق من انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة لديها؛

1. Invites Parties wishing to be involved in joint implementation projects to provide the secretariat with information in accordance with paragraph 20 of the joint implementation guidelines, if this information has not been previously provided;
1- يدعو الأطراف التي تود المشاركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك إلى تزويد الأمانة بالمعلومات المطلوبة وفقاً للفقرة 20 من المبادئ التوجيهية للتنفيذ المشترك()، إن لم يسبق لها تقديم هذه المعلومات؛

Parties participating in joint implementation projects shall be in compliance with their obligations under this Protocol, and shall have a national mechanism for the accounting, certification and verification of their greenhouse gas emissions, in accordance with Article 4 of this Protocol and the methodologies adopted for this purpose by the Meeting of the Parties;
)أ( أن تقوم اﻷطراف المشاركة في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك بالامتثال لالتزاماتها بموجب هذا البروتوكول وأن تكون لديها آلية وطنية للمحاسبة والترخيص والتحقق لانبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بها، وفقاً للمادة ٤ من هذا البروتوكول والمناهج التي اعتمدها اجتماع اﻷطراف لهذا الغرض؛

(a) Significant progress has been made in building the capacity of countries with economies in transition, in particular as relates to their participation in joint implementation projects; some countries with economies in transition have not only been the recipients of assistance but have also started to transfer their own expertise, knowledge and lessons learned on capacity-building to Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention;
(أ) أُحرز تقدم كبير في بناء قدرات البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بمشاركتها في مشاريع التنفيذ المشترك. ولم تقتصر بعض البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية على تلقي المساعدة فحسب، بل شرعت أيضاً في نقل خبراتها ومعارفها والدروس التي استخلصتها في مجال بناء القدرات إلى الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية؛
