Pursuant to paragraph 29 of the 2013 omnibus decision, the Executive Secretary informed the Conference of the Plenipotentiaries of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, which convened in Kumamoto, Japan, on 10 and 11 October 2013, of the relevant paragraphs of the decision adopted by the conferences of the parties regarding cooperation and coordination with the Minamata Convention.

The Conference of Plenipotentiaries will be preceded by an open-ended intergovernmental meeting in Kumamoto on 7 and 8 October 2013 to prepare for the Conference and by a ceremonial day at Minamata Bay on 9 October 2013.
2 - سوف يعقد قبل مؤتمر المفوضين اجتماع حكومي دولي مفتوح العضوية في كوماموتو يومي 7 و8 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013 للتحضير للمؤتمر كما سينظم يوم احتفالي في خليج ميناماتا يوم 9 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013 .

Upon invitation by the Government of Japan, and following the request of the Governing Council of UNEP in its decision 27/12, the Executive Director of UNEP convened the Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Minamata Convention on Mercury in Kumamoto on 10 and 11 October 2013.
4 - وبدعوة من حكومية اليابان، وتبعاً لطلب مجلس إدارة برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة الوارد في مقرره 27/12، دعا المدير التنفيذي للبرنامج إلى عقد مؤتمر المفوضين المعني باتفاقية ميناماتا بشأن الزئبق في كوماموتو يومي 10 و11 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013.

2. Requests the Executive Director to convene a conference of plenipotentiaries for the purpose of adopting and opening for signature the Minamata Convention on Mercury, in Kumamoto and Minamata, Japan, from 9 to 11 October 2013, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, and welcomes the offer by the Government of Japan to host the conference of plenipotentiaries;
2 - يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي أن يدعو إلى عقد مؤتمر للمفوّضين بغرض اعتماد اتفاقية ميناماتا بشأن الزئبق وفتح باب التوقيع عليها في كوماموتو وميناماتا باليابان، في الفترة من 9 إلى 11 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013، رهناً بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية، ويرحب بعرض حكومة اليابان استضافة مؤتمر المفوضين؛
