With respect to the items of tangible property for which there is a purchase invoice showing purchase of the subject item in the United States and no proof of import into Kuwait, the Panel finds that Engineering-Science did not provide sufficient information and evidence to prove that the subject items were located in Kuwait as at 2 August 1990.
509- أما فيما يتعلق ببنود الممتلكات المادية التي توجد لها فواتير شراء تثبت شراء البند موضوع المطالبة في الولايات المتحدة ولا يوجد إثبات باستيرادها إلى الكويت، يرى الفريق أن شركة Engineering-Science لم تقدم معلومات وأدلة كافية لإثبات أن البنود موضوع المطالبة كانت موجودة في الكويت في 2آب/أغسطس 1990.

In relation to claims for loss of tangible property in Kuwait, the Panel requires sufficient evidence that the claimed property was (a) owned by the claimant, and (b) situated in Kuwait as at 2 August 1990.
