There is a need for information and capacity-building to improve and streamline access to funding and to facilitate project preparation, including for urgent and immediate projects identified in national adaptation programmes of action (NAPAs).

A country-driven approach, supporting the implementation of urgent and immediate activities identified in national adaptation programmes of action, as a way of enhancing adaptive capacity

Decides that activities, identified in national adaptation programmes of action, that are not supported through full-cost funding as described in paragraph 2 above, will be co-financed through the scale referred to in paragraph 3 above;
4- يقرر أن تموَّل الأنشطة المحددة في برامج العمل الوطنية للتكيف وغير المدعومة بالتمويل على أساس التكلفة الكاملة على النحو المبين في الفقرة 2 أعلاه تمويلاً مشتركاً من خلال الجدول المشار إليه في الفقرة 3 أعلاه؛

17. That draft decision invites all Parties to undertake planning, prioritizing and implementing adaptation actions, including specific projects and programmes, and actions identified in national adaptation programmes of action of least developed countries, national communications, technology needs assessments and other relevant national documents (para. 4 (a)).
