The international cooperation efforts of the Government of Mexico to assist in obtaining evidence and fulfilling procedures in criminal cases, including letters rogatory, is based on two systems or channels for routing and receiving requests:

1 - يجوز نقل الشخص المحتجز في إقليم دولة طرف، أو الذي يقضي مدة حكمه في إقليمها، والمطلوب وجوده في دولة أخرى من الدول الأطراف لأغراض تحديد الهوية أو الشهادة أو المساعدة بأي شكل آخر في الحصول على الأدلة اللازمة للتحقيق في الجرائم أو المحاكمة عليها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، إذا استُوفي الشرطان التاليان:

These encompassed inadequate legislation which did not yet criminalize the broad range of preparatory acts related to the flow of foreign terrorist fighters, and challenges in bringing foreign terrorist fighters to justice, including difficulties in obtaining evidence from other countries.

42. In addition, the Evidence (Proceedings in foreign tribunals) Act (Act No. 32 of 1991) allows the High Court to assist in obtaining evidence requested for the purposes of proceedings in foreign tribunals.

In view of the significant increase in organized crime and the practical difficulties frequently experienced in obtaining evidence, proof or any information about an offence, fighting the phenomenon would be a priority for consideration by the Eleventh Congress.

١ - يجوز نقل أي شخص محتجز أو يقضي عقوبته في إقليم دولة طرف ومطلوب وجوده في دولة أخرى من الدول اﻷطراف ﻷغراض تحديد الهوية أو الشهادة أو المساعدة من نواح أخرى في الحصول على أدلة ﻷغراض التحقيق في الجرائم المبينة في المادة ٢ أو المحاكمة عليها، إذا استوفى الشرطان التاليان:

The Act provides for mechanisms to give judicial effect to requests for assistance in obtaining evidence providing inter alia for the examination of witnesses, mutual execution of sentences and the confiscation and transfer of the proceeds of crime.
وينص هذا القانون على آليات لإنفاذ الطلبات المقدمة للحصول على المساعدة في جمع الأدلة من الوجهة القضائية، كما ينص في جملة أمور على إمكانية استجواب الشهود، وتبادل المساعدة في تنفيذ الأحكام، ومصادرة عوائد الجرائم وتحويلها.

(f) Afford one another the greatest measure of assistance in connection with criminal investigations or criminal proceedings relating to the financing or support of terrorist acts, including assistance in obtaining evidence in their possession necessary for the proceedings;
