10. Also decides that the Commission shall identify issues concerning which system-wide coordination needs to be improved and modalities for promoting system-wide coordination in order to assist the Council in its coordination function;
٠١ - تقرر كذلك أن تقوم اللجنة بتحديد القضايا التي يلزم بشأنها تحسين التنسيق على نطاق المنظومة والطرائق لتعزيز التنسيق على نطاق المنظومة، من أجل مساعدة المجلس في مهامه التنسيقية؛

1. Decides, in order to assist the Council in the implementation of its mandate, to establish a subsidiary expert mechanism to provide the Council with thematic expertise on the rights of indigenous peoples in the manner and form requested by the Council:
1- يقرر، من أجل مساعدة مجلس حقوق الإنسان في تنفيذ ولايته، إنشاء آلية خبراء فرعية لتزويد المجلس بخبرة موضوعية عن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية بالطريقة والشكل المطلوبين من المجلس على النحو التالي:

The Committee shall make suggestions and recommendations of a general nature on the basis of its consideration of reports submitted by States parties and of the reports submitted by the specialized agencies in order to assist the Council to fulfil, in particular, its responsibilities under articles 21 and 22 of the Covenant.

Recalling Economic and Social Council resolution 1996/6 of 22 July 1996, in which it was decided that the Commission on the Status of Women would have a catalytic role in mainstreaming a gender perspective in policies and programmes and would identify issues where United Nations system-wide coordination needed to be improved in order to assist the Council in its coordination function,
