Through the implementation of The Strategy, Parties seek to realize the vision of forging " a global partnership to reverse and prevent desertification/land degradation and to mitigate the effects of drought in affected areas in order to support poverty reduction and environmental sustainability " .
36- تسعى الأطراف، من خلال تنفيذ الاستراتيجية، إلى تحقيق تصور عام يتمثل في إقامة " شراكة عالمية لقلب اتجاه التصحر/تردي الأراضي ومنع حدوثه والتخفيف من آثار الجفاف في المناطق المتأثرة دعما للحد من الفقر وتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية " .
