True solidarity is reflected not only in the undertaking of commitments at international summits and conferences. It is expressed above all in the faithful discharge of these commitments by each State, in particular developed countries.
فالتضامن الفعلي لا ينعكس في التعهد بالتزامات في مؤتمرات القمة والمؤتمرات الدولية فحسب؛ بل يظهر في المقام الأول في الوفاء الأمين من الدول وخاصة البلدان المتقدمة النمو بهذه الالتزامات.
