12. Urges the Secretary-General, Member States, regional and international organizations, in particular those of the United Nations system, and non-governmental organizations to extend their support to the operations of the African Economic Community, its popularization and the strengthening of its institutional support;
١٢ - تحث اﻷمين العام والدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات اﻹقليمية والدولية، ولا سيما التابعة منها لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية، على تقديم دعمها للعمليات التي تقوم بها الجماعة الاقتصادية اﻷفريقية، وعلى الترويج لها شعبيا وتعزيز الدعم المؤسسي لها؛

6. Decides further that, for a further period ending on the date referred to in paragraph 1 above, all Governments in the region, and in particular those of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and of States bordering Ituri and the Kivus, shall take the necessary measures:

Urges the Secretary-General, Member States, regional and international organizations, in particular those of the United Nations system, and non-governmental organizations to extend their support to the operations of the African Economic Community and to assist in economic integration and cooperation in Africa;
١٥ - تحث اﻷمين العام والدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات اﻹقليمية والدولية، ولا سيما التابعة منها لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، والمنظمات غير الحكومية، على تقديم دعمها إلى العمليات التي تقوم بها الجماعة الاقتصادية اﻷفريقية مع المساعدة على تحقيق التكامل والتعاون الاقتصاديين في أفريقيا؛

6. Decides that, during the period of enforcement of the measures referred to in paragraph 1 above, all governments in the region, and in particular those of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and of States bordering Ituri and the Kivus, shall take the necessary measures:

OCHA is mandated to mobilize and coordinate the collective efforts of the international community, in particular those of the United Nations system, to meet in a coherent and timely manner the needs of those exposed to human suffering and material destruction in disasters and emergencies.
وأوكلت لمكتب تنسيق الشؤون اﻹنسانية مهمة تعبئة وتنسيق جهود المجتمع الدولي المشتركة، ولا سيما الجهود التي تبذلها منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، بهدف اﻹيفاء، على نحو متسق وفي حينه، باحتياجات أولئك الذين يتعرضون لمعاناة بشرية وتدمير ممتلكاتهم في حالات الكوارث والطوارئ.

(a) To promote cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue and international cooperation in the cultural field in line with applicable international conventions, in particular those of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization;
(أ) تعزيز التنوع الثقافي والحوار بين الثقافات والتعاون الدولي في الميدان الثقافي، تمشيا مع الاتفاقيات الدولية المنطبقة، ولا سيما اتفاقيات منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو)؛

The Ministers urged that priority should be given to promoting knowledge of, respect for and observance of obligations assumed under International Humanitarian Law, in particular those of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their 1977 Protocols, and they encouraged States to consider ratifying or acceding to the two 1977 Additional Protocols.
202- حث الوزراء على ضرورة إعطاء الأولوية للنهوض بالمعرفة واحترام الالتزامات التي تم التعهد بها بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني ومراعاتها، خاصة تلك المتعلقة باتفاقيات جنيف الأربع لسنة 1949، والبروتوكولين الملحقين بها لسنة 1977. كما شجعوا الدول على النظر في مسألة المصادقة على كلا البروتوكولين الإضافيين لسنة 1977، أو الانضمام إليهما.
