Confidential data and information may only be used by the Authority as necessary for and relevant to the effective exercise of the powers and functions of the Authority in respect of the exploration area.
ولا يجوز للسلطة أن تستخدم البيانات والمعلومات السرية إلا إذا كانت ضرورية أو هامة لممارسة السلطة لسلطاتها ومهامها بفعالية فيما يتصل بقطاع الاستكشاف.

11.1 The Contractor shall transfer to the Authority all data and information that are both necessary for and relevant to the effective exercise of the powers and functions of the Authority in respect of the exploration area in accordance with the provisions of this section.
11-1 ينقل المتعاقد إلى السلطة جميع البيانات والمعلومات الضرورية والمتعلقة بممارسة السلطة لسلطاتها ووظائفها بفعالية فيما يتصل بقطاع الاستكشاف وفقا لأحكام هذا البند.
