This was achieved by offering advice and assistance to the national prison authorities in improving prison conditions and reorganizing the prison administration, employing best prison management practices by co-locating seconded prison officers in some of the prisons to provide mentoring service, and assisting in the capacity-building of staff through training programmes.
وقد تحقق ذلك من خلال إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى سلطات السجون الوطنية على تحسين أوضاع السجون وإعادة تنظيم إدارتها، واستخدام أفضل الممارسات في مجال إدارتها عن طريق جمع موظفي السجون المعارين في موقع واحد في بعض السجون كي يقدموا خدمات التوجيه والمساعدة في بناء قدرات الموظفين عن طريق برامج التدريب.
