Bearing in mind the resolutions of the OIC and the recommendations of the Ministerial Committee of Eight on the question of Muslims in Southern Philippines;
إذ يأخذ في الاعتبار قرارات منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وتوصيات اللجنة الوزارية الثمانية المتعلقة بقضية المسلمين في جنوب الفلبين ،

Reaffirming resolution No.2/32-MM on the Question of Muslims in Southern Philippines adopted by the 32nd Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers, in Sana'a, Republic of Yemen on 28-30 June 2005;
وإذ يؤكد مجدداً القرار رقم 2/32- أم بشأن قضية المسلمين في جنوب الفلبين والصادر عن الدورة الثانية والثلاثين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية التي عقدت في صنعاء من 28 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2005؛

Having considered the report of the Secretary General on the Question of Muslims in Southern Philippines (Document No. ICFM/32-2005/MM/SG.REP.2) ;
وبعد الإطـلاع على تقرير الأميـن العام بشأن قضية المسلمين في جنوب الفلبين (الوثيقة رقم ICFM/32-2005/MM/SG.REP.2):

3. Commends the Moro National Liberation Front, the sole legitimate representative of Muslims in Southern Philippines ( " Bangsamoro people " ), also commends the facilities extended by the MNLF to the work of the Committee of Eight and its negotiation with the Government of the Philippines.
3 - يشيد بالجبهة الوطنية لتحرير مورو، الممثل الشرعي والوحيد للمسلمين في جنوب الفلبين (شعب بنغسامورو).كما ينوه بما قدمته الجبهة من تسهيلات لعمل اللجنة الثمانية ومباحثاتها مع الحكومة الفلبينية؛

11. Decides to maintain the observer status and the participation of the MNLF in the activities of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in its capacity as the sole legitimate representative of the Bangsamoro people in Southern Philippines in order to improve the conditions of this people in accordance with the provisions of the Peace Agreement.
11 - يقرر الحفاظ على صفة مراقب للجبهة الوطنية لتحرير مورو في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، وعلى مشاركتها في نشاطات المنظمة كممثل شرعي وحيد لشعب بنغسامورو في جنوب الفلبين وذلك بقصد تحسين أحواله وفقا لما نص عليه اتفاق السلام؛

13. 13 - يقرر الحفاظ على صفة مراقب للجبهة الوطنية لتحرير مورو في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، وعلى مشاركتها في نشاطات المنظمة كممثل شرعي وحيد لشعب بنغسامورو في جنوب الفلبين وذلك بقصد تحسين أحواله وفقا لما نص عليه اتفاق السلام.

Having considered the report of the Secretary General on the Question of Muslims in Southern Philippines along with its annexed report of the Fact-Finding Mission which visited the Philippines from 17 to 24 May 2006 (Document No. ICFM/33-2006/MM/SG.REP.2) ;
وبعد الإطـلاع على تقرير الأميـن العام بشأن قضية المسلمين في جنوب الفلبين المرفق بـه تقـرير بعثـة تقصي الحقائق التـي زارت الفلبيـن فـي الفتـرة من 17 إلى 24 أيار/مايو 2006، (الوثيقة رقم OIC/ICFM-33/2006/MM/SG.REP.2)؛

GRP's overall peace policy framework aims to end internal armed conflicts (including in Southern Philippines) that have lasted for decades and at the same time address the root causes of armed struggle and social unrest through the protection and promotion of all human rights.
28- ويهدف الإطار العام لسياسة السلام التي تنتهجها حكومة جمهورية الفلبين إلى القضاء على النزاعات المسلحة الداخلية (بما فيها تلك الدائرة في جنوب الفلبين) التي استمرت عقوداً من الزمن، وإلى معالجة الأسباب الجذرية للنزاعات المسلحة في الوقت نفسه عن طريق حماية وتعزيز جميع حقوق الإنسان.

Reaffirming resolution No.2/31-MM on the Question of Muslims in Southern Philippines adopted by the 31st Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers, in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, on 14-16 June which decided the completion of the phase 1 of the 1996 Peace Agreement and the need for the Committee of Eight to continue monitoring the implementation of phase 2;
وإذ يؤكد مجدداً على القرار رقم 2/31- أ م بشأن قضية المسلمين في جنوب الفلبين والصادر عن الدورة الحادية والثلاثين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية التي عقدت في اسطنبول من 14 إلى 16 حزيران/يونيه 2004 والذي قرر استكمال المرحلة الأولى من اتفاق السلام لعام 1996 وضرورة مـواصلة لجنـة الثمانية الإشـراف على مراقبة تطبيق المرحلة الثانية؛
