1302- وفي ضوء المادة 39 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تضع الدولة الطرف وعلى وجه السرعة برامج ملائمة تكفل الشفاء الجسماني والنفساني لهؤلاء الأطفال وإعادة إدماجهم، وأن تستخدم هذه الآليات في إدارة قضاء الأحداث.
