ويلاحظ المجلس مع الارتياح أن حكومة كرواتيا قد وفت بمعظم التزاماتها فيما يتعلق بتوفير الخدمات العامة والعمل في القطاع العام، المنصوص عليها في الاتفاق اﻷساسي.

The Parties also express the hope that the setting up of an Intergovernmental Commission and its Permanent Secretariat as well as the setting up of permanent representations of the Permanent Secretariat in each of the participating States in the Basic Agreement will promote the efficient implementation of the provisions of the Basic Agreement.

Mr. Klein will have overall authority over the civilian and military components of the United Nations Transitional Administration for Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Sirmium (UNTAES) and will exercise the authority given to the Transitional Administration in the Basic Agreement.
وستكون للسيد كلاين السلطة العامة على العنصرين المدني والعسكري التابعين ﻹدارة اﻷمم المتحدة الانتقالية لسلافونيا الشرقية وبارانيا وسيرميوم الغربية، وسيمارس السلطة المنوطة باﻹدارة الانتقالية في الاتفاق اﻷساسي.
