(g) Also asking him to request his Special Representative for children and armed conflict to undertake a visit to Somalia, as soon as feasible, to assess first-hand the situation for children and the implementation of recommendations contained in the conclusions of the Working Group on Children and Armed Conflict;
(ز) يطلب منه أيضا أن يوجه ممثله الخاص المعني بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح للقيام بزيارة إلى الصومال، في أقرب وقت ممكن، لإجراء تقييم مباشر لحالة الأطفال، وتنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في استنتاجات الفريق العامل المعني بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح؛

10. The view was expressed that harmonized practices referred to in the conclusions of the Working Group (see appendix, para. 18) could in no way interpret or amend relevant provisions of any United Nations treaty on outer space, since amendments could be made only under the procedures established by the treaty in question and official interpretations could be given only by conferences of States parties to the respective treaties.
10- وأبدي رأي مفاده أن الممارسات المواءمة المشار إليها في استنتاجات الفريق العامل (انظر التذييل، الفقــرة 18) لا يمكنها بحال من الأحوال أن تفسر أو تعدل الأحكام ذات الصلة في أي معاهدة للأمم المتحدة بشأن الفضاء الخارجي، لأنه لا يمكن إجراء التعديلات إلا بمقتضى القواعد الإجرائية التي ترسيها المعاهدة المعنية، ولا يجوز تقديم تفسيرات رسمية الا لمؤتمرات الدول الأطراف في المعاهدات ذات الصلة.
