46. Article 5 of the Convention requires States parties to respect the rights, responsibilities and duties of parents or where applicable, the members of the extended family or community to provide, in a manner consistent with the evolving capacities of all children, appropriate direction and guidance in the exercise by the child of the rights recognized in the Convention.
46- تقضي المادة 5 من الاتفاقية بأن تحترم الدول الأطراف حقوق الوالدين ومسؤولياتهما وواجباتهما، أو عند الاقتضاء، أعضاء الأسرة الموسعة أو الجماعة في تزويد الطفل بطريقة تتفق مع قدراته المتطورة، بالتوجيه والإرشاد الملائمين عند ممارسته الحقوقَ المعترفَ بها في الاتفاقية.

1179. The Committee recommends that the State party make every effort to strengthen family ties and the capacity of parents to fulfil their role in contributing to the protection of children’s rights and providing, in a manner consistent with the evolving capacities of the child, appropriate direction and guidance in the exercise by the child of the rights recognized in the Convention.
1179- وتوصي اللجنة أن تبذل الدولة الطرف كل جهد ممكن لتعزيز الروابط الأسرية وقدرة الآباء على الإسهام بدورهم في حماية حقوق الأطفال وتوفير التوجيه والإرشاد المناسبين لممارسة الطفل حقوقه التي تقرها الاتفاقية، وذلك على نحو يتفق مع القدرات المتنامية للطفل.

164. 164- وتوصي اللجنة أن تبذل الدولة الطرف كل جهد ممكن لتعزيز الروابط الأسرية وقدرة الآباء على الإسهام بدورهم في حماية حقوق الأطفال وتوفير التوجيه والإرشاد المناسبين لممارسة الطفل حقوقه التي تقرها الاتفاقية، وذلك على نحو يتفق مع القدرات المتنامية للطفل.
