٨ - يوصي اللجنة بأن تنظر في مدى استصواب صوغ معايير لﻷمم المتحدة في ميدان الوساطة والعدالة التصالحية، تستهدف ضمان الانصاف في تسوية النزاعات المتعلقة بجرائم طفيفة؛

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland, H.E. Erkki Tuomioja, commended the Conference for bringing together a broad and experienced group of representatives from civil society, the United Nations, regional organizations and Governments with a view to providing a forum for interactive discussions and helping to map out future work in the field of mediation.
