It is indicated in paragraph 23 of annex I to the report of the Pension Board that the working group, in order to make a more meaningful evaluation of the overall budget for the administrative expenses of the Fund, reviewed " perparticipant " costs, which are the total administrative costs in the Fund's budget divided by the number of participants, adjusted for inflation.
