In accordance with rule 1 of Conference resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , the Conference decided that States signatories should be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.

At the invitation of the Chair, the Secretary of the Conference made opening remarks in which he welcomed the most recent States parties to participate in the Implementation Review Group since the resumed third session: Myanmar and Saudi Arabia.
4- واستجابة لدعوة الرئيس، أدلى أمين المؤتمر بملاحظات استهلالية رحَّب فيها بأحدث دولتين من الدول الأطراف المشاركة في فريق استعراض التنفيذ منذ الدورة الثالثة المستأنفة وهما المملكة العربية السعودية وميانمار.

In accordance with rule 1 of Conference resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , the Conference decided that States signatories shall be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.

In accordance with rule 1 of resolution 4/5, entitled " Participation of signatories, non-signatories, entities and intergovernmental organizations in the work of the Implementation Review Group " , adopted by the Conference of the States Parties at its fourth session, the Conference decided that States signatories would be entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group.
14- ووفقاً للقاعدة 1 من القرار 4/5 المعنون " مشاركة الكيانات الموقِّعة وغير الموقِّعة والهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية في أعمال فريق استعراض التنفيذ " الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الدول الأطراف، قرر المؤتمر أنَّه يحق للدول الموقِّعة المشاركة في فريق استعراض التنفيذ.

Pursuant to resolution 4/5, subject to prior written notification to the Secretary-General, any State or regional economic integration organization signatory to the Convention is entitled to participate in the Implementation Review Group and may attend sessions, deliver statements at such sessions, receive the documents of the Group, submit their views in writing to the Group and participate in the deliberative process of the Group.
11- وفقاً للقرار 4/5، يحقّ لأيِّ دولة أو منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية موقِّعة على الاتفاقية، رهناً بتوجيه إشعار خطّي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، أن تشارك في فريق استعراض التنفيذ وأن تحضر دورات الفريق وتلقي كلمات في تلك الدورات وتتلقى وثائق الفريق وتقدّم آراءها خطّياً إليه وتشارك في مداولاته.
