3. All duty stations have implemented three key activities relating to the recruitment of temporary assistance staff in the language services, namely, capacity-planning, maintenance of rosters and selection of candidates.

100. To better manage the Organization's resources, the levels of the staffing tables in the language services are kept below those required during peak periods.
