While noting the explanation of the State party that it has not adopted legislation defining racial discrimination because the Convention is self-executing in Mongolia's domestic legal order, the Committee remains concerned that no clear definition of racial discrimination exists in the legislation of the State party (art. 1).
302- بينما تحيط اللجنة علماً بالإيضاح المقدم من الدولة الطرف الذي مفاده أنها لم تعتمد تشريعاً يعرِّف التمييز العنصري لأن الاتفاقية نافذة تلقائياً في النظام القانوني الداخلي لمنغوليا، فإنها لا تزال قلقة لعدم وجود تعريف واضح للتمييز العنصري في تشريع الدولة الطرف (المادة 1).

Nevertheless, the Committee regrets the lack of an explicit reference in the legislation of the State party to the possibility of extradition of persons who committed offences addressed in the Optional Protocol.

The Committee is concerned that the offences contained in the legislation of the State party do not cover all the acts mentioned in article 3 (1) (c) of the Optional Protocol, that is, the acts of " producing, distributing, disseminating, importing, exporting, offering, selling or possessing for the above purposes child pornography " .
