50. In the Joint Statement on the Conservation of Fisheries of 28 November 1990, the two Governments agreed to open the way for cooperation in this field on an ad-hoc basis, by means of the establishment of the " South Atlantic Fisheries Commission " and the temporary total prohibition of commercial fishing of vessels of any flag in the maritime area defined in the annex to the Joint Statement.
٥٠ - وفي البيان المشترك المتعلق بحفظ مصائد اﻷسماك، الصادر في ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٠، اتفقت الحكومتان على فتح باب التعاون في هذا المجال على أساس مخصص، عن طريق انشاء " لجنة الثروة السمكية في جنوب المحيط اﻷطلسي " والحظر الكامل المؤقت للصيد التجاري بالسفن، أيا كان العلم الذي ترفعه، في المنطقة البحرية المحددة في مرفق البيان المشترك.
