28- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تستعرض على الفور الأحكام الدستورية والتشريعية التي قد تعرض للخطر النظام القضائي أو تنتقص من استقلاليته ونزاهته، بغية ضمان دورها الحاسم في حماية الحقوق المنصوص عليها في العهد.

ان افضل اساتذة وعمداء كليات القانون في الصين تتوفر لديهم الفرصة الان لتحويل الكلام الى حقيقة. ان كليات القانون يجب ان تكون مكانا يتواصل فيه الطلاب والاساتذة مع كامل نطاق القانون الصيني والنشاط القانوني. ان هذا يعني دراسة تطور القانون الصيني وكيف يتم تطبيق هذا القانون في حماية الحقوق وخلق فرص للتواصل مع اولئك الذين يقفون في طليعة تلك الحركات في جميع مجالات القانون .
