وقبل أن نمضي قدما في عملنا، أود أن أسترعي انتباه الأعضاء إلى مذكرة من الأمانة العامة بعنوان " قائمة مشاريع المقترحات الواردة في تقارير اللجنة الثالثة " والتي تم تعميمها بوصفها الوثيقة A/C.3/63/INF/1.
