This is why we should pay all due attention to the institutional crisis that affected the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe last year and to the international mercenary situation in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea during the first quarter of this year.
ولهذا ينبغي أن نولي الاهتمام الواجب للأزمة المؤسسية التي ألمت بجمهورية سان تومي وبرينسيبي الديمقراطية في السنة الماضية ولحالة المرتزقة الدوليين في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية خلال الربع الأول من هذا العام.

76. Since the last meeting of the Committee in Sao Tome and Principe, political activities in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea have focused on five main events:
76 - منذ انعقاد الاجتماع الأخير للجنة في سان تومي وبرينسيبي، شهدت الحياة السياسية في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية خمسة أحداث رئيسية هي:

The Government has also taken urgent measures, through Decree No. 107/2006 of 20 November 2006, to stem the spread of HIV/AIDS in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
واتّخذت الحكومة تدابير ملحّة عملاً بالمرسوم رقم 107/2006 الصادر في 20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2006 لوقف انتشار هذا الفيروس في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية.

Article 6 of the Act states: " Spouses of nationals of Equatorial Guinea may exercise this option after 10 years of marriage and cohabitation in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea " .
وتنص المادة 6 من هذا القانون على أنه " يجوز لأزواج مواطني غينيا الاستوائية ممارسة هذا الخيار بعد عشر سنوات من الزواج والمعاشرة في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية " .

24. The Agreement concluded between the Government and the political parties likewise approved a " Code of Conduct for the political parties legalized in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea " which consists of a series of articles intended to foster the development of democracy and political freedoms.
