In the light of such prospects, we welcomed the recent lifting of sanctions and the proposed inclusion of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe.

Upon the instructions of my Government, I have the honour to forward herewith the Zagreb Declaration, adopted by the Parliamentary Summit of the countries participating in the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe, held from 11 to 13 September 2000 in Zagreb (see annex).

Most recently, the process initiated by EU to ensure a comprehensive and coherent approach to subregional cooperation and development was reflected in the Stability Pact for South- Eastern Europe, adopted on 10 June 1999 at Cologne, Germany.
وفي أحدث خطوة، انعكست العملية التي بدأها الاتحاد اﻷوروبي لكفالة نهج شامل ومتسق للتعاون والتنمية على المستوى دون اﻹقليمي، في ميثاق تحقيق الاستقرار في جنوب شرق أوروبا، الذي اعتُمد في ٠١ حزيران/يونيه ٩٩٩١، في كولون، بألمانيا.

Croatia strongly supports regional cooperation, being an active participant in the Stability Pact, SEDM, SECP, and RACVIAC, with their programs for fighting international terrorism.
تدعم كرواتيا التعاون الإقليمي دعما قويا لكونها أحد المشاركين النشطين في ميثاق تحقيق الاستقرار ووزراء الدفاع لبلدان جنوب شرق أوروبا وخطة التعاون في جنوب شرق أوروبا ومركز " راكفياك " بما لدى تلك الجهات من برامج لمكافحة الإرهاب الدولي.

Croatia strongly supports regional cooperation, being an active participant in the Stability Pact, SEDM, SECP, and RACVIAC, with their programs for fighting international terrorism.

These various dimensions of the economic problems of South-East Europe are clearly recognized in the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe,21 both in its title and in its creation of three " working tables " , namely, for democratization and human rights; economic reconstruction, development and cooperation; and security issues.22
وهذه الأبعاد المختلفة للمشاكل الاقتصادية في جنوب شرق أوروبا معترف بها بوضوح في ميثاق تحقيق الاستقرار لجنوب شرق أوروبا(21)، حيث يرد ذلك في كل من عنوان الميثاق وفي إنشائه لثلاثة " جداول عمل " ، هي تحديدا من أجل إرساء الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان؛ وإعادة البناء والتنمية والتعاون في الميدان الاقتصادي؛ والمسائل الأمنية(22).
