My delegation has just voted in favour of this text again, but wishes to express its reservations on the seventh preambular paragraph, which refers to the comments of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights, whose mandate was to study the situation of human rights in the territories of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

Urges the Secretary-General to take all necessary steps to ensure the full and effective coordination of all United Nations bodies to implement the present resolution, and urges those bodies concerned with the situation in the territories of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) to coordinate closely with the Special Rapporteur and the Tribunal;
٢٣ - تحث اﻷمين العام على أن يتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لكفالة التنسيق الكامل والفعال بين جميع هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة في تنفيذ هذا القرار، وتحث الهيئات المعنية بالحالة في أراضي البوسنة والهرسك وكرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( أن تنسق عملها على نحو وثيق مع المقرر الخاص والمحكمة؛

Notwithstanding the effect of the Pale and Banja Luka stations' reporting style, 13/ the most important TV programming in the territories of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the de facto Bosnian Serb authorities has been the broadcasting of TV Serbia relayed to Bosnian television sets via transmitters wrested from the control of RTVB-H by Bosnian Serb military forces.
٤١- وعلى الرغم من تأثير اﻷسلوب الاخباري المتبع في محطتي تليفزيون بالي وبانيالوكا)١٣( فإن أهم البرامج التليفزيونية في أراضي البوسنة والهرسك الواقعة تحت السيطرة الفعلية لسلطات صرب البوسنة هي محطة إذاعة وتليفزيون الصرب التي تنقل إلى أجهزة التليفزيون البوسنية عن طريق أجهزة أرسال استولت عليها قوات صرب البوسنة العسكرية من هيئة إذاعة وتليفزيون البوسنة والهرسك.

In the second line of paragraph 32, the phrase “in the territory of the former Yugoslavia” should be replaced by the phrase “in the territories of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro)”.
ويستعاض في السطر الثاني من الفقرة ٣٣ عن عبارة " في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة " بعبارة " في أقاليم البوسنة والهرسك وجمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( " .
